In a team of two Team leaders, you will be part of a project with a client that have a great history in Webhelp.
Tasks: - Help manage a sale driven team to reach targets. - Reporting. - Help with feedback to employees. - Support the team with objectives and analysis to help maintain overall team performance. - Provide regular feedback to the team members to improve and motivate them. - A career-developing opportunity in management and coaching - Influence in an expanding company.
